📦 Azayzories — Shipping Policy

At Azayzories, every item is created and packaged with intention, care, and heart. Please read our shipping policy below to know what to expect when placing your order.


✨ Processing Time

Because each item is crafted with love:

  • Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order items ship within 5–10 business days depending on design complexity.

  • Processing time may increase during holidays and high-volume periods.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Expedited options when available

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.


📍 Address Changes

Please verify your address before submitting your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Azayzories is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is in the hands of USPS/UPS, delivery is no longer within our control.

  • Lost or stolen packages: Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

We will always do what we can to help, but we cannot issue free replacements for carrier-related issues.


🌎 International Orders

We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international requests, please reach out—special arrangements may be possible.
