Limited Return Policy for Personalized Items

At Azayzories, we take great pride in crafting personalized products uniquely tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, please note the following return and exchange guidelines:

1. No Returns on Personalized Items

Since personalized items are made-to-order and cannot be resold, all sales of custom items are final. This includes items with custom text, names, dates, or any other personalized details.

2. Exceptions to the No-Return Policy

We will only accept returns or exchanges for personalized items under the following conditions:

  • Defects or Damage: If your item arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details.
  • Incorrect Personalization: If the item you received does not match the personalization details you provided, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange for a defective or incorrectly personalized item:

Personalized items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Standard Return Policy for Non-Personalized Items

At Azayzories, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your non-personalized item, we offer the following return policy:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are included.
