At Azayzories, each piece is made with care. Because many of our items are handmade, we have the following return and refund guidelines:


🚫 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


✔️ Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or partial refund only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • There is an issue caused by us.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Azayzories is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Please file a claim with USPS/UPS.

📌 Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Custom requests are welcomed when slots are available. Send us a message to discuss your vision.

📌 How long is processing time?

RTS items ship in 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order items ship in 5–10 business days unless noted otherwise.

📌 Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

📌 Do you ship internationally?

Currently within the U.S. only, but special cases may be arranged.

📌 How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

📌 My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.

Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.
If still missing, a claim may need to be filed with USPS/UPS.
