1. No Returns for Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or personalized incorrectly. Contact us within 2 days for resolution.

2. 7-Day Return Policy

Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

3. Defective/Incorrect Item Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or contain errors in personalization. Notify us within 2 days, and we’ll replace or refund the item. Non-personalized items follow standard return policies.

4. Limited Exchange Policy

Personalized items cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a replacement if there is a defect or personalization mistake. Non-personalized items are eligible for exchange within [X] days.
